TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY POUNDS!
I like many individuals in todays market have become the normal overweight, obese person who's daily habits consist of overeating, eating food that is not all that nutritional - fast food ~ Constantly snacking on junk food & although I'm an active person - exercising is just something I don't make time for!
I'm 6 foot tall and stocky. It's been said I'm built like a refrigerator!
Very muscular but, had me a good size gut that I was not happy with! In all honesty I looked like I was 9 months pregnant!
I wasn't happy at all with myself for letting myself go like that!
My ideal weight would be 220 even 230 - To a lot of people ~ That probably sounds like a lot - But - I'm a large, framed guy and I'm defiantly not all fat!
Regardless - Lets just imagine ~ The 45 pound dog we have running around the house - THATS HOW MUCH WEGHT IM CARRING AROUND THAT I WANTED TO LOOSE!
A whole dogs worth of weight!
When I thought about it like that ~ I knew I had to do something to change!
You want the simple secret to my weight loss?
My 5 - day strategy!
5 days per week - Monday Through Friday
# 1 ~ Intermittent fasting!
My last meal every night is before 8 pm but typically around 6:30 p.m.
I eat nothing nor drink anything with caloric intake until noon the next day
#2 No Sugar!
No Soda, No candy bars, No food at all with sugar - not even honey!
Treat all sugar like toxic poison 5 days per week!
Sugar is the leading cause of inflammation in the body and is the leading cause of obesity period!
#3 No Carbohydrates at all!
5 days per week only consume food that is carb free such as certain vegetables and protein like meat, eggs, and cheese!
The Carbohydrates consumed by the body such as bread, potatoes, corn, potato chips and every pasta dish - turn into sugars that turn into stores of energy cells called fat!
My 5 day weight loss strategy allows us to be human and enjoy life without being to obsessive about not EVER eating or consuming the finer things we all love!
I personally enjoy eating breakfast on the weekends including toast and fried taters! But reducing the intake from a daily consumption makes a HUGE impact on weight loss - And in my opinion it's a strategy I can be happy to live with!
